I’ve been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. My office is proud to serve Washington DC and the entire Metro DC area, including Logan Circle, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Palisades, Silver Spring, Potomac, Gaithersburg, Kensington, Rockville, Petworth, Columbia Heights, Shaw, Dupont Circle, Penn Quarter, Adams Morgan, Navy Yard, Bloomingdale, Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Vienna, Woodley Park, Takoma Park, Hyattsville, and Waldorf. We cover auto insurance, renters insurance, homeowners insurance, life insurance, small business insurance, and more. We love helping new movers to the Washington, DC metro area, as well as lifelong residents like myself!

I’m committed to making the world a better place — by insuring your future and helping our community succeed. Our agency donates 10% of its profits to a variety of organizations, including LGBTQ nonprofits. Outside of the office, you’ll see me volunteering my time, too. I have served on numerous boards, including the Human Rights Campaign, Sitar Arts Center, and the DC Chamber of Commerce.

I studied political science at Drake University in Iowa, then worked in claims management at State Farm, prior to returning to my hometown to start my State Farm agency. I live in the historic Logan Circle neighborhood in Washington with my wife, Laurie, and French bulldog Augie.
